We believe that creating fitted furniture should be a straightforward and enjoyable process from start to finish. For every project we take you through a clear series of steps ensuring you always know what to expect.

Initial Meeting & Survey
Each project begins with an initial consultation to discuss your ideas, requirements and the space involved. We take detailed measurements onsite and talk through the style, layout and functionality you are looking for, whether it's a fitted bookcase, media unit, storage cupboards or a combination of all three.

Quotation & Timescale
Following the survey, we provide a clear written quotation together with an estimated installation timescale. This allows you to understand the scope of the project and the expected schedule before moving forward.

Design & Specification
Once you are happy to proceed, we work with you to finalise the design details. This includes shelving layouts, cupboard door styles, handles, knobs and finishing touches. We then provide drawings and 3D visualisations so you can see exactly how the finished furniture will look in your home. At this stage, the installation date is agreed and a 50% deposit is payable.

Build & Installation
Your furniture is precision manufactured using CNC-controlled equipment to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout. Once complete, our installation team carefully builds and fits your furniture onsite to achieve a seamless built-in finish.

Completion & Sign Off
Once installation is complete, we carry out a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Once signed off, the remaining balance becomes payable and your fitted furniture is ready for painting and for you to enjoy for years to come.
